Our store is hosted on WordPress Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us. SECTION 2 – VPN SERVICE

You understand that Keep Home IP LLC is in the business of selling hardware and providing technical support services, which also configures for VPN at your home as the user. Kindly note that the said hardware will be connected to your home internet connection, and you will be provided with two routers for home use and a travel one. VPN will be established between these two devices only. You further understand that Keep Home IP LLC does not produce the hardware and/or routers, the same is supplied by third parties’ suppliers. You agree to abide by these Terms with respect to your use of the Service.

SECTION 3 – SUBSCRIPTIONS

We do not have subscriptions for our Services.

SECTION 4 – SUBSCRIPTION REFUND POLICY

We do not offer Support Subscription plans or refunds related to subscriptions.

SECTION 5 – ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Website and Services. By using the Website and Services and by agreeing to this Agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

SECTION 6 – FEE

You agree to pay Keep Home IP LLC a one-time fee for the hardware together with its setup. These fees will be due as and when demanded by Keep Home IP LLC.

SECTION 7 – DISCLAIMER

7.1 Keep Home IP LLC does not in any way encourage or advise you to violate the terms of your contract with your employer. To that effect, Keep Home IP LLC cannot be deemed liable for your acts or omissions and any ensuing consequences thereafter.

7.2 Keep Home IP LLC provides no warranty of the Services. Keep Home IP LLC shall not be liable for damages which may occur following the exposure of the identity or the IP address of the user due to improper usage of the setup (of hardware, of service).

7.3 You acknowledge that once Keep Home IP LLC has completed setting up the VPN configuration, you automatically attain sole and exclusive ownership of the VPN infrastructure thus assuming full responsibility and accountability for the same in the event of an act or omission that violates the laws of your country of residence.

7.4 We do not make any warranty that your Keep Home IP VPN infrastructure will meet your requirements, or that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects, if any, will be corrected. We are not responsible for data, messages, or pages lost, not delivered, delayed, because of interruptions or performance and network issues. We encourage our customers to conduct an initial test of their Keep Home IP setup, once it has been configured by our Tech team, to ensure that it aligns with their specific criteria and preferences.

VPN speeds, latency, and the overall quality of your connection may vary based on several factors beyond our control. The performance of the VPN connection is contingent on the network capabilities at two primary locations:

• VPN Server Location: The upload speed at the location where our VPN server is installed plays a crucial role. We recommend a minimum upload speed of 30Mbps for optimal performance.
• Stay Location with VPN Travel Router: For an effective and smooth connection, we recommend a minimum upload and download speed of 30Mbps at the location where your VPN travel router is connected.

We strive to provide a reliable and efficient service, but please be aware that various user-specific scenarios can impact your VPN performance and can contribute to variations in VPN performance, including:

• Utilization of corporate VPNs.
• The presence of antivirus software or any other applications that may affect performance.
• Individual user setups and configurations.
• Latency and distance – the distance between the VPN server and travel router, as well as extra latency, can greatly impact the available speed and customer experience.

SECTION 8 – SCHEDULING A SETUP SESSION

We take pride in providing our valued customers with the best VPN remote setup experience possible. Our goal is to make the process easy and seamless for you. We want to ensure that you have everything you need to get started with our service.

8.1 Scheduling a Session Once you place an order, we will promptly ship your product and provide you with an estimated delivery date. Additionally, we will share a booking link with detailed instructions to help you prepare for your upcoming setup session. Please keep in mind that sessions need to be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to ensure adequate planning and a smooth setup process.

8.2 Pre-session Notification Prior to your scheduled remote setup session, we will send you a Pre-session email as a gentle reminder. This email will reiterate the upcoming session details and provide insights into our rescheduling policy.

SECTION 9 – ADDITIONAL SETUP

If you move homes, change Internet Service Provider (ISP), ISP home router or make any other changes that require new setup after purchasing our product, please note that you will need to schedule a new remote setup session with our Network Engineer to ensure that your VPN network and devices are properly configured for your new location or home network.

SECTION 10 – DEVICE POLICY AND SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT

Keep Home IP does not support third-party devices or those not purchased from the Keep Home IP webshop. Current customers found to be using non-Keep Home IP devices in conjunction with our support services will be considered in violation of our Terms of Use. As a consequence, customers found to be in breach of this policy will no longer receive support services from Keep Home IP.

SECTION 11 – PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. In no case shall Keep Home IP, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Service or any products procured using the Service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, even if advised of their possibility.
